Refund Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act provide a remedy.

Warranty

Limited warranty: If car not covered by Mechanic Breakdown Insurance, Genesis Motors will bear a 30 days/ 3000 KMs (whichever comes first) limited mechanic warranty to all cars sold. In such warranty consumable items/parts on cars are not covered, damaged or malfunctions caused by misuse or accidents are not covered. Genesis Motors reserves the right to explain thisclause in detail. 

Japanese Stereos and entertainment systems are not covered by warranty.

Warranty claim: Buyers must arrange/pay for the delivery of the car to Genesis Motors for repair.
